Asda Hairspray Extra Firm Hold

I love doing my hair and am always looking for new little styles and ways I can put it up, I find that usually my hair can be quite stubborn when it comes to staying in place and doing what I want it to, so I decided that I needed a good hairspray that is also well priced and affordable.

When I first used this hair spray, it was to keep a few loose curls in my hair from falling out through the day, usually other hair sprays that I have used never keep my curls in or looking bouncy enough and as the day goes by, they start to fall out and make my hair look unshaped. However I was really pleased with how well this hair spray kept my hair in place, I did spray quite a bit of it onto my curls, but I was given great results and also it didn’t leave my hair smelling strongly of hair spray (which I hate) or sticky and unwashed looking.

I also have used this hair spray to do a few simple upstyles, I have found that it has always performed perfectly and kept my hair in place without me having to fix it during the day, even living in windy/rainy Northern Ireland, I haven’t had any problems with this hair spray, it seems pretty weather resistant (unless my hair gets completely drenched).

What I really like about this hair spray is that it leaves my hair really healthy and shiny when I have used it, it makes my hair much more manageable and when I use it to try and add volume to my hair, the volume stays throughout the day.

You can buy a 300ml tin of this hair spray in Asda for 71p, I think that this is a fantastic price and makes this product one of the better budget buys out there at the moment. I think this hair spray performs perfectly and really do not see any point in paying more for a brand with a better reputation in beauty.

Overall I think this a great hair spray, it keeps my hair in place, does not leave residue behind or make my hair sticky and greasy looking and also it is fantastically priced. I think this hair spray is cheap and cheerful and would give it a total of 5 out of 5 stars.
