    As per usual, one day last week, I was found roaming around Asda (again!?) looking out for anything that could tempt me. As soon as I hit the bread and bakery aisle something caught my eye and I rushed back to through into our trolley. (I didn't actually throw these in as the damage would have been fatal). I remember iced buns from when I was very little. I used to devour 3 or 4 in sitting, totally oblivious to the calorie and sugar content it had contained. Asda's Iced Fingers are a great value, old fashioned and sweetly traditional type of pastry. You wouldn't think a white bread bun topped with plain soft fondant icing would be that special: but they are. I like these with a cup of black coffee.I think the cals are 154 per finger and 3.4g fat. So for an adult watching their weight, you don't want to scoff these regularly. Assuming that, these are great value (5 per pack) and I like the old fashioned, no-nonsense feel ... more
