Asda [TV Advertisement]

What can i say about asda , one way to sum it up would be to say its a shop that has everything under one roof and they dont charge the earth for there products either. We just recentley had an asda built near where i live and the first thing i thought was this shop wasn't going to last 5 mintues because the shop was the biggest supermarket i'd ever seen and i though as with all other new shops they would have special offers on in the first couple of weeks then the offers would fizzle out and people would go back to there old cheap and reliable supermarkets, how wrong i was. I always do my shopping at ASDA because the things there are cheap and the quality is good. Sometime there are "opps!", which have saved me a lot of money. No harm getting "0pps!" stuff as long as they are still within the consumable period. Sometime you can get VAT free as well! Amazing! This is actually a very good idea. This ensures that the quality is maintained, but the comsumers can enjoy it at a lower price. Oh, I hate VAT. Their staff is courteous, friendly and very helpfull. Prices are great on soft drinks, pasta, parmesan cheese and meat. As a matter of fact the only beaf i personally like is there, i tried Tesco's Safeway and Sainsburys and local shops but they just cannot compete on quality and price. So if you want to eat a very tender and juicy steak you know where to find it. Some still lacking though ... I have recently been to the US and shopped at Walmart ... and ASDA still need to improve on clothing, diy and health&beauty care. ... more

Asda is definately a wonderful place to shop at for all your food and clothing needs. We are longtime customers who have tried the other main stores but always come back to Asda. The prices are always excellent, the staff are cheerful and helpful and the range of thier own make goods are second to none. We love thier own bread the take away service for foods you heat up such as chinese and indian and thier own range of music, videos and books are some of the cheapest prices around. Up until after I’d had my second child, I didn’t really buy clothes from here (we didn’t really shop at ASDA either) as I had the preconceived idea that the clothes were expensive compared to other shops.
