    Advantages Advantages Faster rehydration,cheaper than other brands

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Taste, Hard to open, you will still lose against a better person

Isotonic drinks also contain about 6% carbohydrate so they also help to maintain your energy levels. So 3 bottles bought for 1 game of badminton 1 before 1 during and 1 after the game. Chose the Asda Isotonic citrus flavour 500ml bottles for 44p or £1.64 for a pack of 4, a bit cheaper than the other brands. It comes with a sports cap for easy drinking during sport but not easy opening.First ... more
