The availability of a variety of products is good.
Wesite is easy to navigate and user friendly - easy to search and good graphics without being over much keeping it quick to load and navigate.Shipping speed was good - ordered christmas day arrived between christmas and new year, 29/12/2011 very impressed as most days were bank holidays.
Update via email to advise order confirmed and accepted, and again to advise that the order was processed and to provide option to track package to delivery. (found this very reassuring and informative.
Good value competitive prices and on many shopping comparison sites.
