...to make. For example I will show you how to make a 1 1/2lb loaf. This is the biggest loaf. It makes two sizes this and the smaller 1lb loaf. For a large loaf which is 1 1/2 lbs you will need 1 1/8 cups of water 2 1/2 tbsp of skimmed milk powder 2 1/2 tbsp butter 2 1/4 tbsp sugar 1 1/4 tsp salt 3 cups of strong white flour 1 1/4 tsp dry yeast. What you do is put all these ingrediences into the baking pan in the order that I have written them. Put the baking pan into the unit. Close the lid and choose setting 2 and push start button. If you want really dark bread use setting 3 but I would suggest setting 2. It takes 2hours 50 minutes from start to finish. You have a glass top and through this you can watch the various stages. The mixing, kneeding, rising and cooking. It will tell you when cooked and you can leave it keeping warm... Read review

...I bought this Magimix 1.1 liter ice cream maker for £45 from argos and was very dissapointed. They also sell a 1.5 liter version for more, but not at argos. I started off with making the chocolate chip ice-cream, the blades are plastic so could easily snap, and when the ice cream thing trys to turn, it can't so it just goes back and forwards back and forwards etc. It is too weak. If that doesn't happen, the chocolate chips get stuck, stopping the bladed from turning. All it is good for is freezing juice, and putting the thing in the freezer and turning it on, what you arn't suppose to do, and making slush puppy, even that it can't do too well. This product is a rip off and whatever you do do not buy it. It also takes 12 hours to freeze the ice cream, so thats another con.... Read review

Advantages: Stylish looking Kettle

...Having purchased a stainless steel cooker, Fridge Freezer it was time to replace the small appliances, whilst walking around Asda we saw the Schneider Kettle. It looked stylish, it was chrome and it was the traditional shape and at £15 seemed like a bargain. The kettle has a decent capacity of about 1.7 Litres and it boils quite quickly, which in all honesty are the 2 main requirements of a kettle along with fitting in with the decor. It is cordless and sits on a circular base and can face in absolutely any direction (except for up and down!) which is handy for left or right handed users. But when boiling a kettle in the kitchen it can be difficult to hear the TV in the next room, it is louder than the Fan oven in the Cooker, the combination Microwave, the dishwasher and the washing machine in full spin combined!!!!!!
