Atomic Kitten

Atomic Kitten have had somewhat of a bumpy ride up till now , they've released their album Right Now which contains their No1 Hits Whole Again and Eternal Flame which i quite liked myself. Though these are undoubtably the best tracks apart fron possibly track 7 Turn me on which is just another revamped oldie. The album itself is ok but before considering buying this i would spend your money on something that you know that you are going to like because unless you like their music you may be dissappointed with it. I wasn't really sure what I thought to Atomic Kitten at first. There was a part of me that disliked them, without due cause. I think it's a woman's thing, I can't stand Jo from S Club 7 and Ulrike Jonsson either. Anyway, Atomic Kitten annoyed me, but I had to admit their songs were catchy. I really liked See Ya!, it is the sort of song that goes round and round your head for weeks. Then when the single I Want Your Love came out, it was so good that I even bought it. If I'd have written this opinion 12 months or so ago, chances are the vast majority of you would have had no idea whatsoever who Atomic Kitten were. The reality was, after 4 moderately selling singles, they were about ready to be thrown onto the ever increasing pop scrap-heap. Natasha, Liz and Kerry were just 3 girls from Liverpool with yet another tired pop formula that was being ever-replaced by alternative music. I must be too old for this pap. Is it totally brill? Is it, is it wickid? Is the funny little dance they do when one of them stands in the middle and sings a verse, and then they swap over and another one sings a bit totally rad, or wot? Number one again, with Eternal Flame... but with the eighties guitar solo replaced by a whispery 'say my name, say my name' in California-Scouse-Rap and a sort of shuffly beat.
