Audi A3 1.6 SE 5dr

Advantages: Roomier than the traditional A3
Disadvantages: A little slow to pick up speed

...I chose this model for two main reasons the extra bootspace and the fact that it comes with 5 doors, unlike the traditional A3 model. Although the car is a little on the slow side at picking up speed when you pull away from traffic lights, it is an ideal car for motorway driving. I find that you have to be careful or you could easily get to over 100 miles per hour without realising, it is so smooth and really sits well on the road. The car is average in the fuel consumption stakes but that is out weighed by the drive quality that you would expect from Audi. This model has the advantage of coming with a CD player and alloy wheels, which the standard Audi A3 does not include. I recenctly had an accident in mine (not my fault) and was very impressed with the safety features, I hardly felt the impact as the car took it all. Overall the car... Read review

...The 1.6 version Audi A4 - SE model is as what you'd expect - a Special Excessories model - or special Equipment model. The car is a sound Automatic and is very popular among business users. I highly recommend this car to U. The Audi A4 has been revamped recently and the whole range has been given price deductions - although the Audi Badge is a sign of quailty - and so the price of a new car is still very high. ...I bought an Audi A3 1.6SE 3 door after saving for years. I was soooo excited when it came on a big lorry from Audi. The delivery man was very well dressed and gave me a demonstration of the vehicle and informed me what all the gadgets and buttons did on the inside. We even had a tour of the engine (I'm a girl, an engine is an engine - sorry!!!). I couldnt' have been more impressed. So, after the hours demonstration, and my brain whirring round my little head, i took off into the sunset to drive my 'dream' car. I LOVED it. I couldn't get enough. My husband loved driving it too. The interior was neat, looks good, silver where silver is needed - not too much so it doesn't look tacky. The air conditioning is easy to use and works very efficently. There is a cup holder for your can/water/tea. The glove compartment is big enough... Read review
