Wow. The only way I can describe using these headphones is to say that wearing them is like stepping into a very comfortable, almost entirely soundproof bubble, where you can sit back and relax in virtually any environment.

I have happily worn these headphones for hours (literally) without them feeling uncomfortable or heavy. When folded they are virtually un-noticeable in a bag - I carry mine with me everywhere! In fact I'm wearing them at the moment.

I purchased these headphones mainly for using on the train to and from work, but I've ended up using them almost every time I listen to music/watch a film. As I mentioned above, they are extremely comfortable. The build quality is fantastic, and the materials used for padding around the cans feel soft, but durable. One thing worth mentioning here is the weight, or rather lack of weight! I have happily worn these headphones for hours (literally) without them feeling uncomfortable or heavy. When folded they are virtually un-noticeable in a bag - I carry mine with me everywhere! In fact I'm wearing them at the moment.

As a tool for listening to music, I have yet to hear anything better whilst out and about in the real world. Sure, I've heard a more acurate response from stupendously expensive Professional Recording Studio Headphones, but once taken out of the soundproofed confines of the studio they become virtually useless. The ANC7s on the other hand seem to come top of the class every time, no matter where you take them.

It is easy to see that a lot of hard work has gone into the design process as well. Both headphones fold flat for easy storage in the case, and even without batteries they function perfectly well as normal headphones (no noise cancelling though!). The headband can be adjusted to accommodate heads of all shapes and sizes, and there is very little movement, even when subjected to extremely vigorous "head-banging."

The noise cancelling "quiet-point" feature is awesome. There is no other word for it. The difference in clarity and general extraneous sound is simply mind blowing. I would say that they effectively eliminate (at a rough guess) at least 90% of road noise in cars. The only negative point that I can think of is that, if you lay the input cable very close to a mobile phone then the active amplifier will pick up interference from the phone whenever a call is made or message sent/received. Having said that, this is easily solvable by simply moving the phone/cable.

Other than that they are simply faultless!
