Advantages: Repairable, cheap, simple, British Disadvantages: Drive belt breaks a lot
The White Knight 37 AW is a base model dryer, and is from their budget range. Costs vary when new, and mine was bought for £79.
As a machine, it is very simple, and easy to repair when things go wrong, which is quite important for this apparatus!
The front side of the machine is extremely simple, It has a timer - which doubles as a on / off switch and a temperature switch, with Hi / Lo settings. You can also find the load / unload door on the front of course, for putting your laundry in!
User access to the inside through the door allows removal of the fluff filter.
The rear of the machine has the exhaust output which can be directed via a pipe or to a condenser box.
Its power input is at 240V, but it doesnt require that ammount, and will work sufficiently well on 24V (Will drain the source quickly).
The machine is ...
Advantages: User friendly, light weight and good load capability Disadvantages: C rated so not he most economical
eliminating the need for ventilation
And then there?s the traditional 'Air vented' dryer, which simply drags in the air from around it and heats it, sending it through the clothes to dry them, the expelled heated moisture needing to be ventilated via a hose.
It is actually one of the many Air vented dryers which I am reviewing here, in the shape of the rather heroically named White Knight 44AW, which I have now been using for some time now for drying my clothes, thanks to the Great British weather.
So we now know that the White Knight is not one of King Arthur?s friends from the round table era, it is actually a little more useful than that, being a very helpful aid in the clothes drying process, which, in good old Great Britain, is something which is much needed indeed.

Advantages: cheaper to buy 4 but can also buy singly Disadvantages: you have to look around for the cheapest as prices do vary
The inks are
Black T0711
Cyan T0712
Magenta T0713
Yellow T0714
Each pack comes in a vacuum wrapping and it is worth to not open until you need it.
To use you just pull off the yellow strip and just drop it into your printer. It really is as simple as that. Instructions do say to shake the ink cartridge 4 or 5 times before putting it in but I have forgotten to do that and panic stations, but it made absolutely no difference that I could see but perhaps I was just lucky.
These cartridges cannot be refilled and I have not yet seen any recycling place that it happy to receive them - probably just because they cannot be refilled.
How long do they last? Well that is like how long is a piece of string as it really does depend on the amount of printing that you do. The colours are all sharp and good though.
