Advantages: Comfy for baby. Wide easy to clean tray. Disadvantages: Assembly instructions poor. Difficult to adjust height.
. I needed it to be very easily cleaned, and really wanted one with a double tray so that I could leave the baby to play for a few minutes whilst beginning the clean up.
Of course there was also the 'oh so important' safety aspect to consider.
The Aurora Plus has all these features;

The cover is removable for serious cleans, and is easy to wipe clean on a day to day basis. It is nicely padded so my baby looks really at ease in it.
It comes with a 5 point safety harness which, although perfectly functional, does not seem overly comfortable. They don't have any extra padded bits to slip over the straps like so many harnesses seem to come with these days. It can be slung in the washing machine, but is a little tricky to remove and you have to take some care refitting it correctly ...

I used HC 45 and it seemed to work so this is what I am going to review.
HC 45 contains the active ingredient hydrocortisone which is used to reduce inflammation. Inflammation happens due to irritation of the skin, and is caused by the release of various substances that are important in the immune system. These substances cause blood vessels to widen, resulting in the irritated area becoming red, swollen, itchy and painful.
When hydrocortisone is applied to the skin it apparently works by acting inside the skin cells to decrease the inflamation reducing the itchiness etc. This is why it should not be used long term as it can cause the skin to thin.
HC 45 can also be used on insect bites, but in any case it recommends that it is not used for more than seven consecutive days.
