Advantages: Quick and saves you time Disadvantages: Small bottle
With Autumn nearly upon us and the hottest month of the year not quite over, I wanted to get something that would help put life back into my hair. Whilst I was out shopping for my face masque the other day, I looked for something that I could use which would condition but also detangle.

With Autumn nearly upon us and the hottest month of the year not quite over, I wanted to get something that would help put life back into my hair. Whilst I was out shopping for my face masque the other day, I looked for something that I could use which would condition but also detangle.
\\\\\ DESCRIPTION ///// I saw this one marked “New Item” amongst the numerous other brands in the HBA (Health & Beauty Aids) section of Wal*Mart, in the Mountaineer Mall, in Morgantown, W.Va., and was impressed with its claims that it would “condition and enhance the shine of your hair.” It contains Tea Tree Oil which functions as a glossing agent and an emollient. I didn’t know exactly what that meant, but after looking it up in a dictionary in the books section (softening or soothing, especially to the skin), I decided that it might be worth the extra $1.00 over the next brand, and it was on special too! The fact that it can be used on all hair types was a bonus, as Bernie has dry hair to my oily.
\\\\\ THE PACKAGING ///// Comes in a white plastic bottle, 7 inches by 2 inches, 8 fl.oz/236mL, with an ozone-friendly pump action, rather than aerosol. I liked the little kangaroos embossed around the top of the bottle, Aussie’s trademark on all its products, it added a nice touch! The ingredients are clearly and prominently marked on the front of the bottle, and I liked the fact that it is a “leave in” conditioner, rather than one of those which you apply to your hair and then wash out after a number of minutes – much more practical when you’re in a hurry (most of the time).
\\\\\ DIRECTIONS ///// • After shampooing, apply to towel-dried hair • Spray evenly to detangle and condition • Comb through, do not rinse out • Style as usual
\\\\\ APPLICATION ///// So now I was ready to put this new item to the test: I had my shower and washed & thoroughly rinsed my hair as usual; got dry, dressed, and then sprayed all over my hair. It has a fine mist which covers evenly with just a few pumps. Then I just combed it through whilst styling my hair. I noticed that my hair did not tangle or knot up, which it does have a tendency to do, and it felt very smooth. Good start.
\\\\\ RESULTS ///// I noticed as my hair started to dry out it that it had a nice sheen without feeling greasy or having that wet look. My hair felt a lot softer than usual, and did not look or feel limp or lifeless.
\\\\\ OVERALL ///// Much easier to apply than other hair conditioners I have used in the past and I like the idea that I can leave it in whilst it does it conditioning thing. Makes my hair feel much nicer than before and helps it to feel cleaner too, with very little fragrance to get confused with other toiletry items. Excellent in my opinion and not a bad price considering the very good results, at USD 3.25 (GBP 2.25). There is also a complete range of hair care products including shampoos and other conditioners for all hair types.
Advantages: Great looking hair; Easy and convenient to use Disadvantages: Can't tell how much is left in the bottle
...top and, like most other Aussie products, the design is nothing to rave about: white plastic with the Aussie name on the front (and annoyingly, the bottle isn't transparent so you can't tell how much is left). This product must be one of the simplist things ever to use- even a bimbo like me can do it! All you have to do is spray it onto damp hair and comb it through- no rinsing out, no massaging in, no hassle at all!
Aussie describe this as 'a vitamin ... ...special in this to give it that gorgeous smell! Remember when you were a kid and you were allowed to get pick and mix sweeties? It smells a bit like that but not quite as sickly. The smell is also strong enough to banish disgusting smoke fumes (great after you've spent a night out in a smoke filled club!). The conditioner is very light, not sticky at all, but I've found that you only need a few small squirts to cover your whole head.
The results ...

Advantages: Works really well Disadvantages: Spray can be quite stiff
...heard good things about the Aussie brand. This cost me £3.99 for a 250ml bottle in my local Morrisons, but I have also seen it in Bodycare in the past, who generally have better prices on things. Aussie say that their formula, with a drop of Australian Jojoba Seed Oil, helps to detangle and protect, smells lush, is a must for the beach, and makes styling easier. It's described as a saviour for weak, distressed hair, and will help to protect from ... ...a pretty plain looking cylindrical bottle with a spray dispenser as the top. There's a press-on lid on for the dispenser, but I tend to just get rid of these things as soon as I start using these products as they're a pain and I just end up leaving them lying around somewhere and then can't find them when I go to put them back on. The only problem with that is that when you come to take the bottle away with you you're left with no lid, but I've found ...

Advantages: Quick, easy to use and smells fantastic! Disadvantages: Sometimes hard to spray (especially with wet hands), will probably attract insects in the summer
I recently tried this Aussie Hair Insurance Leave in conditioner, because I love some other items of the range like the Mega Shampoo (smells divine) and 3 minute miracle (really works, must do they've sold over 45 million bottles apparently). So, after reading some of the reviews of this item on here, I toddled myself off to Boots to try some. It was £3.99 for 250ml. I washed my hair that night and sprayed it in. I have very dry, wavy and thick hair ... ...noticed was the smell. The Aussie range is very distinctive in their smells. Each product smells slightly different, but this one is lovely! It is kind of a cross between bubble gum and dolly mixtures, which I like a lot, but some people may find it too sweet. My hair was really easy to comb afterwards and does seem to be a little shinier. More importantly for me is that my hair does not seem to be as tangly during the day as it was before. The bottle ...

Advantages: smells of your childhood Disadvantages: none, unless you spray it in your face.
...very long time. Aussie Miracle Hair Insurance is a gift from the Gods. A spray-in, leave-in conditioner that smells devine and really makes a difference. I have long hair - so washing a conditioning it can be time consuming. I've tried using the two in ones and they're fine once in a while but I've always believed separate shampoo and conditioner gives the best results. The solution is this spray in conditioner. You only have to shampoo your hair ... ...to go and get some Aussie Miracle! The lady in question said it reminded her of holidays, but I think it brings back memories of those candy necklaces we used to wear as children. The ones with lots of pastel-coloured beads made out of sugar candy and threaded onto a piece of elastic. There is an impressive list of ingredients claiming to put the world to rights and the packaging is nice and simple. My only concern is the Dutch translation on the ...

Advantages: detangles, scent, good results Disadvantages: sometimes pricey but shop for deals
I've used the product and it works 110% i'm so fussy with my hair i wouldn't recemmend it to anyone if i hadn't used it myself go buy it !!!
I only ever use shampoo on my hair now when actually washing it as i have to be very careful because of a scalp condition so i leave what i plaster onto my hair to a complete minimum.
I wash my hairin normal shampoo and leave my towel on my hair for a minimum of 15 to absorb all the water take the towel off and spray my hair liberally in the stuff it is brilliant for detangling and smells fantastic, I've used it for a few years now and it really works well and if you shope around most places you can get it for 2 for £5, I would definately recommend it GO BUY IT !!!!! ...
Advantages: Helps to mend distressed, weakened hair Disadvantages: You'll either love or hate the distinctive scent
I first began using this product about four years ago when I was a platinum blonde. Although the constant bleaching gave me Marilyn Monroe colour, the condition of my hair suffered terribly. Bleaching strips hair of just about everything - health, volume, shine, softness, gloss... and I needed something to put at least some of those qualities back in.
I was recommended several varieties of leave-inconditioners by family and friends; some were top brands, very expensive, and although they worked it would have meant forfeiting my food and drink in order to use them on a regular basis! I needed something of quality but still within my humble budget.
After searching for 'the One' and wasting lots of hard-earned cash in the process I came across Aussie Miracle HairInsuranceLeave-InConditioner. I remember standing in the hair care ...
