Before using Autoglym Super Resin Polish, you need to wash and thoroughly dry your car. Once dry, put some polish onto a clean cloth and apply using a light circular motion, ending up in straight lines to give even coverage. You can increase your pressure to remove any scratches. You can do the whole vehicle at once, or a panel at a time, and once finished lightly buff your car with a clean cloth.

*What does Autoglym Super Resin Polish do?*
It gives a high gloss shine to your car (you can also use it on motorbikes) and cleans and conditions the paintwork. It also protects your car from UV light and other weather conditions and is a combination cleaner, polisher and sealant in one bottle. It can be used safely on all finishes whether metallic, or water-based.
*Directions*
Before using Autoglym Super Resin Polish, you need to wash and thoroughly dry your car. Once dry, put some polish onto a clean cloth and apply using a light circular motion, ending up in straight lines to give even coverage. You can increase your pressure to remove any scratches. *Tips*
Always apply Autoglym polish to the cloth, not directly to the vehicle. Make sure you go over the paintwork in straight lines before the polish dries. Be careful not to get the polish on trims or glass, and if you do wipe away quickly, as it may mark. If it won't come off trims easily, use a small brush to lightly scrub it off. Autoglym Polish repels water. If after a while you notice this isn't happening, it's time to re-apply it.

*My Opinion*
This was recommended to me by a friend who works in the motor trade - he's tried many polishes and said this was easily the best. Having tried many products myself and having had really good results with some of them, I didn't expect to be that impressed. However, out of everything I've tried (so far), this has to be my favourite.
Unlike the wax that I've tried and other gloss polishes, I found this very easy to apply. It has a very thin consistency, which I think is what makes the difference. It still needs a bit of 'elbow grease' putting in when buffing, but nowhere near as much as when using wax.
It doesn't have a strong smell, and reminds me of other car product's smells. It is slightly more expensive than other car polishes, but in my opinion, it's worth it - although I haven't tried them all yet.
Personally I find it easier to do a section of the car at a time, rather than doing the whole thing in one go. This also makes it easier on your arms when buffing, as you get a break in between each section.
I also recommend having several soft clean cloths handy, rather than just using one to buff the whole car, as this helps to prevent smears.
*Verdict*
Autoglym Super Resin Polish is more expensive than most other polishes. However, I've only had to re-apply it once every 4-6 weeks so far, which means I'll get almost 6 months use out of the bottle I bought. Obviously if you have a larger car (I have a Micra) it will take more polish and won't last you as long.
I recommend this simply because it gives an excellent shine and genuinely protects your car. Best of all though, it's much easier to make your car shine using this than with other products I've used.

It is best used in conjunction with its sister product Autoglym Car Shampoo; well that's what it claims on the bottle. I have used various shampoos and can't say that I notice any significant difference when the sister product is used. As with most polishes ... ...with a soft cloth. Obviously if you are using this during the summer the dry cloth might easily be omitted. LOL
The product is applied in a circular motion until you have covered about 1.5 square metres. The reason for this is so you can do the whole polish and shine in stages rather than do all the application then all the buffing. Once you have applied enough product to the area, using a very soft clean cloth buff half the area you have just covered ...

Autoglym car care products are among one of the best out there. I've picked this one because I find this particular one extremely good. It really is SUPER. The packaging in my opinion gives it that upper class look, and if you find a store that has a display, it does look pretty good. Although the price of some of the other products does seem a little expensive compared to other on the market, the Sper Resin Polish is comparable to other polishes. ... ...oxidisation. The 0.5 litre bottle will polish your pride and joy about 5 times before you need to buy a replacement bottle, so when you work it out, it's not that expensive at around a £1 a polish.
Used in conjunction with other Autoglym products the results are excellent. ...

If you put the same amount of effort into buffing with the polish kicking about in your garage, applied with an old pair of Y fronts, you would probably acheive the same result. Right, rant over, back to Autoglym.

have used Autoglym products for many years personally and through the course of work we used their products at the Body shop while I was there. Our valeters like the products as they produced great results and were easy to use.
I like to keep my car clean at all times, experience in the Motor trade shows that as well as enhancing the future value of the car, keeping things like rubber and vinyl parts clean means less wear and tear on boot and window seals especially in winter where road salt and grime can cause untold damage if left unclean.
