Autonational Rescue

I joined and a week or so after they took my money they e-mailed me to say that the package I had signed up for was not available to me and offered me another package. This one of course was much worse, than the original one that I had already paid for.
After about 4 weeks and many e-mails sent to them, some of which were even bothered to answer I finally managed to get a refund in the form of a cheque as they claimed they could not refund me electronically although they were certainly quick enough to take my money that way. The cheque arrived along with a note detailing cancellation fees and nothing else. A very shoddy way to do business.
Save your money and the aggravation by avoiding this company. I most certainly will in the future.
