When entering the reception, I was immediately greeted and asked if I'd visited before as they gave me a full list of the vehicles available. I told them I was looking for a specific car, they found the car I was interested in and pointed me in the direction as to where the vehicle would be parked. I was told the car would be unlocked and could view the car inside and out at my leisure, should I need any assistance I was to only ask.
The car was easily found and was very clean inside & out, I decided to return to reception and request a test drive. A member of staff was immediately available to bring the car to reception, before I could test drive the car I had to give a few brief details and then was taken to the car just outside. The 'salesman' who was to accompany me on the testdrive told me they had a set route which included a road with a 60 mph limit so I could drive the car through at all speeds, the test drive took approximately 10 minutes and I was very satisfied with both the car and the informative and knowledgible 'salesman'.
When we returned to the showroom, I was handed over to another person in the sales team who would talk to me about various methods of buying the car. At no point was there any pressure to buy the car or take out any kind of finance.
I had previously researched several cars I was interested in buying and had taken a print out of a car advertised slightly cheaper elsewhere. Available Car Supermarket has a price promise, if you find a car which is the same year, colour, specification & mileage, they will match the price !! The car I had also looked at was £700 cheaper, the 'salesman' made a few phonecalls to make sure that the other vehicle was available to buy & after he had confirmed it was available he had to get authorisation from his manager to honour the price promise.
A few minutes passed and when he returned he told me he would be happy to reduce their price to match the other car !!! They knocked off £700 !!!
The 'salesperson' took a few more details and explained a few extras I could buy, such as extended warrantys, paint protection, bluetooth products & reversing sensors. There wasn't any pressure at all to buy any of the extras and once I had declined them, they were no longer mentioned.
A deposit was taken, which would be the annual road tax, and a 'Buyers Pack' was put together and explained, ie methods of payment, I.D required and Norwich Unions 7 day FREE insurance which would allow me to drive the car away without having to change my current insurance.
I was asked to return for my new car in a few days at an allocated day and time of my choice, which would give them time to finalise all the paperwork, tax the car and give it a valet.
On collection day, I was greeted by a member of the 'handover' team who took me to my new car and was allowed to thoroughly check the car before I made any payment. The car was immaculate. All the vehicles paperwork was presented including spare keys, handbook, mot certificate, locking wheel nut set. A few signatures were required to say I had received everything and that I was satisfied and then the dreaded payment !!
Before I drove away in my new car, the 'handover' chap offered to go through all the vehicles controls with me to make sure I was aware of what was what !! I explained I was already quite familiar with the car and so he bid me a safe journey and thanked me for buying from Available Car Supermarket.
In summary, Available Car Supermarket have a large quantity of quality, well priced vehicles, a Price Promise which is honoured & incredibly friendly staff with a genuine No Pressure approach.
There is only one place I'll be looking to buy cars from in the future, and that's this place !!!

(+) loads of cars, great choice, friendly helpful staff no pressure, fantastic prices. (-) can get very busy on the weekend, we had to wait to be served, best to get there early.
