Therefore, Wii Fit is the software, which enables you to use the Wii balance board to improve your health. The Wii fit is simply a disk which when inserted into the console will allow you to set up a profile. This profile will include a cartoon animation version of yourself called a "Mii" which you can create using an inbuilt program on the Wii. You are then asked to record details about your name, date of birth and height. The program will do some initial tests such as weighing you, telling you your BMI and giving you some balance tests. The software then offers a variety of games, activities and features, which I will explain in sections.

Advantages: The Balance Board technology is outstanding Disadvantages: It can be quite expensive
clever really. And in some games, such as the snowboarding game, you have to turn the Balance Board sideways to slide down a slope. It detects you if you haven't turned it sideways. And in another game, when you are doing a Ski Jump, it detects you if you actually jump on the Balance Board. And it restarts the game because of that.
Body Test
When you first start the game you have to do a Body Test. A Body Test in Wii Fit measures your weight, height and BMI. Once you have done those three you have the optional choice to do some further tests and see your Wii Fit age. Doing so, you receive more tests, such as;
STILLNESS TEST: Where you have to stand as still as possible.
BASIC BALANCE TEST: You have to lean either to side to side to get your balance into a blue area on the screen.

Advantages: Easy way to keep fit. Disadvantages: Can't think of any.
master them both. I've played the game a total of 103 times (this was the count the last time I went on) and have a high score of 551 in advanced.
My next favourite game is table tilt - you move your body around in order to move a table on the screen which has holes in it. Your job is to manouver balls around the table and get them into the holes to progress to the next level. It seems easy but it can be quite challenging. I'm good at this game but my sister has the high score of 125. There are also two difficulty levels for this game.
Fit Cash
Every training game gets you Fit Cash - a measure of how much time you've spent on the Wii Fit. It doesn't always give you an accurate amount of minutes, though - for example, if you complete the 10 minute boxing exercise you actually get 13 minutes. Also most of the Yoga exercises are ...
