We used to Have an INDEX PBX it was great in the 5 years we had it we did not have one problem with it , then one day a sales man from out phone system maintain came along and convinced me to upgrade to the new IP Office only on the instalation day was i to find out that salesman was the Devil himself . I am rigting this review a month and a half after getting the IP office and within that time I have had 3 different IP Offices units about 7 software patches 6 Massive bills and a pounding headach and after all that it still does not work Our maintainer cant fix it as the do not have enough engerneers to go around all there customers that they have sold the IP office to every time one off our problems gets escalated back to Avaya you have to chase them for a week and to keep you quiet they send back a patch that does nothing. since haveing this system it has wrecked the relationship with about 70% of our customers and with our phone system maintainers I am now looking for a company to Re Install our index and once that is in im going to take my IP office back to AVAYA and slap the peopal whos bright idear it was around the head with it
