Advantages: Easy to use, Great texture, Nice smell, NO build-up Disadvantages: not all that good for really dry hair
...If any of you out there are reading this have read any of my other opinions on Aveda Products, you will have gathered by now that I LIKE AVEDA.
I use Rosemary and Mint conditioner as my everyday conditioner. I have pretty good hair condition most of the time. I find that this water based conditioner from Aveda a real essential. It does not leave my hair heavy or fly away it just leaves it feeling naturally soft and smooth.
I use Rosemary and mint conditioner after every wash regardlesss of which Aveda shampoo I am using from the range, alternating with a colour treatment conditioner about once a week.

The really lovely thing about them is that they all use natural ingredients, and unlike some of the newer formulations, there's absolutely no chance of colour build up or hair damage. The Blue Malva neutralises yellow or brassy tones in blonde or grey hair - and it works. Like most of Aveda's stuff the smell is absolutely gorgeous too. If you want a stronger effect there's a conditioner to match (which I use fortnightly and leave on all night)...
