Review of Aveda Rosemary and Mint Conditioner by jameshazlett

Advantages: Easy to use, Great texture, Nice smell, NO build-up
Disadvantages: not all that good for really dry hair

...If any of you out there are reading this have read any of my other opinions on Aveda Products, you will have gathered by now that I LIKE AVEDA. I use Rosemary and Mint conditioner as my everyday conditioner. I have pretty good hair condition most of the time. I find that this water based conditioner from Aveda a real essential. It does not leave my hair heavy or fly away it just leaves it feeling naturally soft and smooth. I use Rosemary and mint conditioner after every wash regardlesss of which Aveda shampoo I am using from the range, alternating with a colour treatment conditioner about once a week. If you have very dry hair however you may need to use one of the other conditioners from the range. The Rosemary and Mint is lightest of all the conditioners in the Aveda range. It also may need to be supplimented with a treatment... Read review

Lovely scented, camomile shampoo.
Review of Aveda Camomile Shampoo by Bouncebackability

Advantages: The smell is amazing, and the brighter colour result
Disadvantages: Perhaps the price.

...by the delightful aroma. It's quite hard to explain, but it is so nice. It's a really natural smell, which is cleansing and relaxing without being overpowering. It comes out a very pale yellow colour (which is the camomile) and lathers up a treat. ~~~The Packaging~~~ The bottle I have is the 250ml size and comes in a nice beige bottle with a little yellow picture of a flower. It's quite classy but in my opinion could be a bit more modern. What I also like about the packaging is the top. It's those ones you press down one side and the other side half opens, so you get no spillages. ~~~Anything else?~~~ In this range Aveda also do other shampoo's designed for different hair colours: Blue Malva: Is for Grey or Platinum blond hair. Camomile:Is for warmer/darker blond shades. Clove: For brown/honey coloured tones. Black malva: For black or dark natural... Read review

Quality for blondes & grey hair
Review of Aveda Blue Malva Shampoo by mrswombat

Advantages: effective. lovely to use
Disadvantages: quite pricey, not available in all areas

...This was one of the first colour-enhancing shampoos and is still probably the best. Aveda makes a whole range of shampoo to highlight various colours, and all are absolutely excellent quality. The really lovely thing about them is that they all use natural ingredients, and unlike some of the newer formulations, there's absolutely no chance of colour build up or hair damage. The Blue Malva neutralises yellow or brassy tones in blonde or grey hair - and it works. Like most of Aveda's stuff the smell is absolutely gorgeous too. If you want a stronger effect there's a conditioner to match (which I use fortnightly and leave on all night)... Read review
