I use Rosemary and Mint conditioner as my everyday conditioner. I have pretty good hair condition most of the time. I find that this water based conditioner from Aveda a real essential. It does not leave my hair heavy or fly away it just leaves it feeling naturally soft and smooth.
I use Rosemary and mint conditioner after every wash regardlesss of which Aveda shampoo I am using from the range, alternating with a colour treatment conditioner about once a week.
If you have very dry hair however you may need to use one of the other conditioners from the range. The Rosemary and Mint is lightest of all the conditioners in the Aveda range. It also may need to be supplimented with a treatment conditioner once or twice a fortnight . This may or may not be necessary depending on your individual hair type or the time of year.
It is well worth a visit to your local Aveda counter or you could treat yourself to a trip to you local Aveda Salon. To get some expert advice for your hair type/ colour. This will mean that you dont spend a load of money on products that are not going to perform best for you. It is a huge range and has something for everyone. On the other hand if all you want is a good basic everyday conditoner then this one is for you.
Like most Aveda products it comes in a range of sizes and prices. See my opinion on Hair Detoxifier for more info on prices/sizes/igredients

Yet another completely plant essence based product from Aveda, based on their ‘Aromaology’ system, their Rosemary & Mint conditioner is by far the best I’ve tried. The conditioner is deliciously creamy and adds moisture to your hair leaving it silky smooth, beautifully conditioned and tangle free. My hair now benefits from extra body and bounce, superb sheen and no chemical ingredients at all. The ...

Advantages: non-greasy, smells fab, easy to use Disadvantages: It may not be quite enough for people with very dry hair, you may need to use a wash out conditioner first.
-out conditioner first (such as Aveda's Rosemary and Mintconditioner) and you will find your hair will soon be in tip-top condition.
Because this is a leave in conditioner, it makes it ideal for anyone who is on the go. It is great to put in your swimming bag as it takes no time at all, you just brush it through your hair and leave it.
Some people may look at the price of Aveda products and think they are exensive. Please do not let this put you off, because all the products last much longer than supermarket brands and the way they make your hair look and feel is well worth the little extra.
I urge you all to buy this product! ...

Now I have looked at the website and it costs on there $9.00 for 250ml, I?m not sure what that converts to but I have had a look around and you can buy it on www.hqhair.com for £8.00. I think this is very expensive for a shampoo especially as you can buy an Avon one for 99p! I know they may not be as good but what have Aveda put in theirs?. Little drops of gold?????
Usage

Aveda say to massage on to wet hair then rinse, and to follow with rosemarymintconditioner, well they would say that wouldn?t they!

really is; there is scientific studies showing that limited amounts of sulphates (SLS, ALS) does not irritate the skin esp iif it then rinsed out straight away as shampoos are.
It is now part of the este lauder corporation but operates and manufactures seperately.
The Body Lotion:
Ok ramble over, I don't why I did that I just felt like a ramble today. The aveda romsemary and mint body lotion is part of their rosemary and mint collection which includes shampoo, conditioner, hand + body wash and this lotion. It is one of their more basic ranges.
The body lotion contains, aloe vera, lavender, marjoram, peppermint, rosemary, menthol and vitamin A and vitamin E. It smells alittle like lamb dressing ha ha
