...The Palm Tungston C has a 400Mhz Processor, making it faster than a lot of others on the market, especially for this size device. Also the fact it runs PalmOS and not Windows makes it run faster than most Pocket PCs and other variants.
It comes with a rechargable battery, which chages each time you sit it in the cradle. I've regularly got 7-9 hours out of the battery, although using networking will reduce this down to 3-4hours.
The inbuild 64Mb of RAM is also pretty impressive, allowing you download plenty of applications and store lots of files, without the usual need to remove files everytime you want to create something new.
As I mentioned the Tungsten C comes with 802.11b networking support, running at 11Mbps. The receiver and transmitter are fantastic and signal strength is comparable to any other wireless device.

Advantages: Work without wires Disadvantages: Short battery life
..., or performing shortcut functions.
The mouse takes two AA batteries which are fitted by unclipping a latch underneath the mouse and then sliding the whole front off.
This mouse is non-optical, relying on a standard mouse ball to move the cursor on the screen.
The wireless part of the mouse works through sending a radio signal from a transmitter box to a receiver in the mouse itself. You are provided with the separate transmitter box which plugs into the PC itself. This needs to be in a radius of six feet from the mouse for it to work. Obviously most people will only have this transmitter a couple of feet from them, somewhere on their desk, so the range is more than adequate!
In use
Operating systems such as Windows 2000, XP or 98 will pick this mouse up without problems but I found that Windows NT4.0 had some problems recognising it straight...

--------------------------------
The device consists of 2 parts. One you can put on your keyring and is just a big red blinking button resembling those emergency buttons old people have round their necks in case they slip up. The other part plugs into your USB port. The device comes with a USB extender cable as well so you can put the receiver at the front of your desk.
The idea is that you keep your keys in your pocket. The transmitter then gives a signal every second or so which is received by the receiver. As long as the signal is being received then your computer is unlocked and active. Once the transmitter goes out of range (about 2m or so away) and the signal is no longer received the computer will "lock". This lock is basically a screensaver (although the picture is stationary) which requires either a password...
