Avon’s On Duty has got to be the best roll-ondeodorants ever. If you’ve read some of my other reviews you will realise that I am quite a fitness fanatic and there is nothing worse than smelling someone else’s ‘fitness juices’ while you’re working out.
On Duty comes in four different fragrances:- Active, Musk, Original , Floral and Unscented. My particular favourite it Active. My husband also likes wearing On Duty and has received positive comments from work colleagues.
I’ve sold Avon for over 8 years but still I usually run out of deodorant. My husband always complains when we run out although that’s another story. Recently I’ve tried other brands of deodorant like Mum, Sure, Dove and Imperial Leather (mentioning no names). The fragrances of these are OK but they really don’t do the job properly. I work out at least five times a week and build up a good sweat. In fact my clothes are so wet when I finish that it looks like I’ve stepped in a shower. I always have to wash my clothes after each workout. Anyway, I was starting to find that I could smell a faint whiff of BO while I was working out. First of all I blamed my washing powder but no matter which brand I used it made no difference. Eventually the penny dropped and I went back to using On Duty and ‘hey presto’, odour free workouts. People actually stand next to me now!
The only down side that I can think of is that eventually you do start getting faint white patches under your armholes. I’ve tried letting the deodorant dry but it still happens. I suppose this is only a problem if you wear dark coloured clothes. If you wear white then it would not notice.
On Duty is available in aerosol form, stick form, small and large roller ball. The large roller ball is around £2 but there are always offers on like buy 1 get 1 free, 5 for £5, etc.
If you don’t have a Representative in your area, you can order via the website www.avonshop.co.uk. Avon also gives satisfaction guaranteed with a no quibble guarantee and money back for whatever reason if you are not entirely satisfied. Avon do not test any of their products on animals.
I've given this product an excellent rating because it's the only deodorant that I have found that can do the job.
