As like most other people, I’m generally pretty dubious of products that claim to ‘completely clear up my skin in 7 days’ but I regard this as one of my secret little weapons in my fight against greasy, dry and spotty skin.
Retailing at £3 for 100ml doesn’t seem like bad value at first glance but as all avid Avon fans will know, products suddenly become even more enticing when it’s ‘Buy one Get one Free’ or ‘2 for £5’. I can’t remember exactly what the offer was when I bought mine but I think even if you don’t manage to roll it into one, it’s still worth it.
The product itself is a light jade green colour and contains little grains (very technical!). The grains aren’t as rough on your skin when compared to other popular exfoliaters such as St. Ives but still give you that tingly feeling when you rub it in and that ever so soft feeling afterwards. To apply go by the general instructions of all cleansers/toners/exfoliaters (apply and then rinse off with water) but I strongly advise dampening your face with warm water before you massage it in – if you don’t you can sometimes end up scratching your face when you massage it in. It doesn’t specify how long to leave it on for which implies not long but I usually wait 10 – 20 seconds before rinsing it off, again I think it’s down to personal preference. After it’s all off pat your face down with a towel and apply a rich-ish but not too heavy moisturiser to prevent dry skin (I recommend Palmer’s cocoa butter). It leaves your skin feeling softer than a baby’s bum and if used once a week or so really does improve the generally appearance of your skin – especially if you’re prone to bouts of greasiness and dryness at the same time!

Advantages: makes skin healthier,,soft and glowing.can be used all over the rough surface of your body Disadvantages: excessive use can damage skin.not suitable for sensitive skin
Advantages: You only need a small amount so the value for money is excellent. Not bad at all on price for 100mls. Not any everyday use product so lasts for a quite a long while. Disadvantages: As with most exfoliators, not very good for sensitive skin. You have to make sure you wash it off properly otherwise it will mark your skin.
