Arabian glow bronzing pearls from Avon is one of the few beauty products I buy again and again as I have yet to find another that is as good.

The product comes in a round plastic pot that contains 22g. Inside the pot there is a round sponge that keeps the pearls in place so they don’t get shaken about in the pot and fall apart if you carry them around in your handbag, therefore they last longer. I currently have over half left and I last purchased this product about four months ago, although I don’t use it every day. The pot it’s self arrives in a small cardboard box.

The pearls are about pea size and come in three shades;

• Pale pink/peach.
• Pink.
• Pink/pale brown.

I use this bronzer after applying foundation, I use a large dusting brush and start by applying a light dusting all over my face, neck and shoulders to give a nice glow, I then apply again over my forehead, nose and cheeks and depending on the season I may build up a bit more colour on my cheeks.

I have fair skin and find this is a perfect product for me as you can build up the colour to suite every skin tone. The Avon web site states that it has light-reflective pigments that help create a warm, healthy looking glow, which is an accurate statement, I find that it leaves a slight shimmer/glittery look to my skin.

The only down side I can find with this product is that when using it you have to be careful not to spill the pearls which can be easier said than done, as I find they seem to hide in the brush then fall on the floor or your clothes and if you don’t spot them they can be trodden into carpets or rubbed into clothes, although this is the same with most if not all bronzing pearls I have used.

These pearls currently retail on the Avon web site for £4.50 as they are on sale, there usual price is £9.00.
