I decided to try this product as despite being nearly 25, was going through a bit of a spotty teenager phase. It was on offer in the Avon catalogue at £1.50, so i thought i'd give it a bash as it wasn't going to break the bank of barry.
The packaging is very simple, but the instructions are easy to follow and the product easily dispensed from the squeezy tube. The product itseld is a bit of a crazy colour, being a vivid shade of blue, but at least you can see where you're putting it! The smell is menthol so really wakes you up.
With other exfoliators, i have found that i've had to rub quite hard to get a nice smooth face, so i started to use this one in the same way. I wouldn't recommend you to do this, however, as this scrub is very exfoliating, and you may get a sore face as i did. After my initial misuse of this product, i tried it again a few days later but rubbed only gently this time. I was very pleased with the results. My face smelt smooth and tingly, but not sore and stinging like before. It does dry the skin slightly, but it is intended to clear the skin of oils.
I would recommend this product for oily skins if used gently, but steer clear if your skin is very sensitive.
