Avon Friktion Shower Gel for Men

...This is another product from Avon of which I am rather fond. Avon Black Suede Shower Gel is a light and pleasant fragrance. There is an initial sense of (what??) pine needles? No, not quite pine needles, but there is definitely something there that is quite different. But it soon settles down to a smooth and refreshing fragrance. It is not over-powering and certainly helps to give you a "I just had a fantastic shower or bath" kind of a feeling. It is sweet, yet not too sweet. Unlike the Avon Wilderness Shower Gel that I have also reviewed, there is not a hint of traditional fruitiness about Avon Black Suede Shower Gel. Although it, too, is a certain kind of "woody" scent to it, it is of a different type of woodiness to, say, Avon Wilderness Shower Gel. ...Friktion is, according to Avon a scent for ‘when passion catches fire’. Okay, so it is an exciting sensual and spicy aroma, but when it comes to everyday use, this fragrance lacks staying power. The fragrance reminds one of the orient, with its heavy spicy aroma. It is definitely a masculine smell. It contains bergamot, clary sage, cool washibi, fir balsam, lavender, pimento leaf and star anise. Friktion is a romantic smell. ‘When passion catches fire’, well it has the desired effect on me when my husband wears it! (I do however prefer Ferrari by Satinine SPA Milano, Italy). ...My boyfriend hardly ever wears aftershave, as he thinks it's a waste of money when he already has a girlfriend. Well, I bought him this aftershave for his birthday, and he has since changed his mind!! Friktion is an intoxicating blend of oriental spices, that infuses your nostrils with a powerful, lasting scent. It is rum oured to contain pheromones, whether this is true or not I don't know. All i do know is, it is an incredibly sexy scent for a man to wear!! And at £10 for a 100ml bottle it is very well priced!! This aftershave is perfect for single men who want to 'pull', and for men in relationships who would like a bit of affection after a good night out!!
