Everyone who knew me under my old username, mark.collins, knows I am an Avonaholic, if there is such a thing and I have recently come across the Avon Herbal range.
The Herbal Care range is a range of 10 different shampoos and conditioners for your hair. They all come in a 200ml bottle, all are £2, and all are specially formulated with herbs and plant extracts specific to the treatment of the hair type a bottle is made for. There are 7 different fragrances and I am going to give you the details on each of these below...
JOJOBA AND ALOEORANGE BLOSSOM AND LEMON BALM
There is only a deep shining shampoo available in this fragrance but is formulated to work with the Jojoba and Aloe Conditioner above. This is also for all hair types and leaves your hair clean and smelling fresh. This is specifically made to make your hair feel shiny and soft.
LAVENDER AND HONEY FOR NORMAL HAIR
This fragrance comes in a conditioner and a shampoo. It smells similar to the Jasmine and Ginseng shampoo range detailed below, which gives a nice, calming fragrance. I have used this and I have found it to be very effective, leaving your hair shiny and manageable - its gets rid of split ends and leaves you hair easy to brush, when you use the conditioner after shampooing.
ROSE GERANIUM AND THYME FOR COLOUR TREATED OR DRY HAIR
This shampoo is not really one of my favourites, although, the rose extract works o add moisture to your hair. This shampoo does its job and moisturises your hair and scalp and gets rid of split ends. The conditioner also adds moisture and defends your hair from drying out in the sun.
2 in 1 CUCUMBER AND ALOE FOR GENERAL USE
This shampoo is really for all hair types and for everyday use. It does not really have a purpose other than to clean and condition! It leaves your head clean and refreshed and smells of aqua water.
Recommended anyway. By the Way, don't forget to look out for the offers in the Avon Catalogue, which is brought round by your local rep.
