Advantages: Makes pores smaller, gets rid of fine lines, good value for money Disadvantages: Put on too much and it can be greasy. Could be a better fragrance.
I have finally succumbed to the fact that i am now old enough to buy anti ageing products, oh how i wanted to ignore this fact, but hey it comes to all of us. So unless you have a fountain of youth in your back garden, this cream is a good bet and very good value for money.
I bought this day cream as they had it on offer in the Avon catalogue (£5 each, usual price £10). It can be bought online at the Avon website at the moment for £6, although P&P is £3.50. A cheaper alternative is to find an Avon representative who\'ll give you their catalogue and deliver it to you for free.
It comes in a 50ml \"pump type\" container that helps you dispense a little, or alot, and no tops to unscrew. It also has a built in SPF 15 sunscreen, good for days when the sun appears and you didnt think it would, and youve not applied your normal sun factor ...
Advantages: has spf 15 Disadvantages: does not work!

£10
I decided to try this product as I was getting ready for a new moisturiser and this one was on offer at half the usual price.

Sounds promising, so I thought I'd test that theory.
The cream comes in a circular plastic pot with a large pump dispenser, it looks quite pretty in a shimmery silver colour with silver, black and purple writing.
It is a 50ml ...
Advantages: Has cleared up skin a bit, Comes as part of skincare set Disadvantages: Small bottle, Expensive (product and delivery), Don't know long term effects of ingredients
I've been using Proactiv SolutionsRenewing Cleanser for approximately 2 and a half months. However, despite this long period of usage I'm still undecided about whether or not Proactiv is any good. Whilst it has improved my skin visibly, with fewer blemishes, my skin still bears patches of acne. Therefore, I'm unsure of whether I should continue using it along with other Proactiv products.
Whilst Proactiv came highly recommended to me, personally it hasn't changed my skin as dramatically as promised. This is very disappointing due to the fact that it is not only pricey to pay a bi-monthly subscription and membership, but having it shipped from America every two months is proving to be costly. Also, I am worried about long-term effects that Proactiv may hold for my skin since it contains Benzoyl Peroxide which is considerably stronger ...
