The AXIS 230 MPEG-2 Network Camera provides advanced features for demanding security and surveillance applications. The AXIS 230 delivers 30/25 frames per second of DVD-quality video and synchronized audio over IP networks. It's also an infrared-sensitive camera that is able to provide color video under light conditions, and black and white video under dark conditions. The AXIS 230 is ideal for installations that require round-the-clock, high quality video and audio, such as traffic monitoring and airport surveillance. Other target groups that can benefit from the combination of full frame rate and DVD-quality video and audio include casinos, as well as organizations working with LAN-based education, such as hospitals and universities. Video and audio compression with MPEG-2 enables the AXIS 230 to combine the highest quality video and audio with relatively low bandwidth consumption.

...An easy, plug'n'play sound system in cute-looking body with great performance. I was looking for new speakers for my laptop but then I decided I wanted more than just speakers and started searching through the lists of 2.1 and 5.1 sound systems. Originally I was about to buy a 5.1, but I realized such a set wouldn't be smart for a laptop which I wanna carry around and have it now on my desk, then on my bed, then on the floor etc, for which a 5.1 felt too much of cables and mass.
I'm happy about my decision since the Logitech X-230 has proven to live up to the expectations based on what they promise, the sound is clear, full and I find it great for both music, games or movies. The subwoofer bass is strong and full, perfectly satisfying for almost cinema movie experience. You can hear hardly any noise and the volume range is wide enough...

...The Logitech X-230 2.1 Speaker System is perfect for anyone who wants great sound but doesn't want to pay $200 to get it. That simple reason is why I ended up buying these speakers and let me tell you that I have yet to be disappointed. The sound is clear, loud, and fills the room using Logitech's patented FDD technology. The sound is great, I haven't had any problems with sound cutting out, bad bass or anything. I bought these at a great price around 30 USD and they also match my other peripherals which is an added bonus. These speakers have the option of being wall mounted which is a great feature for keeping your desk less cluttered especially if you already have a desk full of other gaming hardware....
