Advantages: Fast, excellent print quality Disadvantages: Too many limitations
...The 5550 has excellent print quality and its quick. It should be, because it is sold as a high duty-cycle commercial machine suitable for networking etc. But it cannot handle glossy or thick stock in the lower paper trays, plus they have no availability for custom sizes in them either. So, you can have up to 3, 500 sheet paper trays, but you can only load them with plain A4 stock. The duplexer suffers the in the same way. The practical result of this is numerous trips to load the, rather flimsy, multi-media tray that holds only a maximum of 100 sheets. Then, if you want your beautiful photo-quality glossy brochure printed on both sides, you have to return to the printer, turn the paper over and start again. All in all a potentially great machine that suffers from poor design and lack of flexibility. Sadder still, this is a problem that...

Advantages: Affordable, Good Quality, Stylish and reliable Disadvantages: Quite wide and sometimes annoying!
...Our HP DeskJet 5550 has been serving us well for quite a few number of years now. It is reasonably priced (at just over £100), delivers good quality printouts, is easy to use and is quite good looking. If you are looking for a printer just for home use, to print out school or business work or information from the internet, then this printer is ideal for you! It measures about 18" wide, 14" deep and 8" high. It is quite wide and therefore needs a lot of room to be stored. Ours fits quite nicely into our computer...

Advantages: Multi functions with WIFI and Bluetooth Disadvantages: Tell me if you find any
...I recently bought an IPaq PDA from Hewlett Packard, the H5550 model If there was a king of PDAs, this would be it. Where other Pocket PCs compromise in the name of hitting the right price, HP includes everything in the iPAQ H5550's neat chassis. Not content with 802.11b WLAN, this PDA features Bluetooth and fingerprint recognition. But most important of all - and the key difference between it and the iPAQ H5450 - the H5550 is the first PDA Ive spotted to include Pocket PC 2003."
The H5550 was very easy to set up a connection with my desktop PC which allows you to synchronise your information between both PCand PDA . useing the latest version of ActiveSync software.
The H5550 is a beautiful little gadget, measuring 5.23" (not including antenna nub) x 3.3" x .63" and weighing about 71/2 ounces it has onboard thefollowing...
