Ahhh, yes Quantum Leap! One of the 80's(if i'm not mistaken, or early 90's) best sci-fi tv series ever! Sad though that they're not showing it anymore, because it kept getting better and better. There's too much good episodes that I can think of, so I won't bore you with that.
The good thing about Quantum Leap is it's originality. Leaping into the future and the past, Dr Sam Becket(played superbly by Scott Bakula) with his side kick Al(another great acting by Dean Stockwell) face loads of adventures together dealing with normal human life. They deal with a lot of human emotions and feelings, but with great humour and human touch.
One of the things that made this TV show a great one is the fact that it mixed education with fun/comedy. I have learned many things from watching Quantum Leap (for example How to do Sign Language, how to do trapeze, what the story behind Lee Harvey Oswald was...) And the list goes on.
And you will kept asking where will Sam and Al end up after that? Where wil he be? What sort of adventure will he face next? This makes the show more intriguing!
I feel the only flaw in this show was the way it ended, there were left with too many questions unanswered and left more gaps in Sam's life. How I missed the show..
