BISSELL Lift-Off Bagless

The Bissell Lift Off is by far the best vacuum cleaner I have owned. It has seven different height adjustments which means it can be used on different types of flooring from carpet (long and short pile) to real wood or laminate flooring, this can easily be adjusted using the dial at the front of the vacuum. It is very easy to operate if not a little heavy, this is made up for with the range of attachments such as extendable pipe, furniture brush and small suction pipe mean even the hardest of places can be reached, I have very high ceilings in my hallway and with using the pipe these are easily reached. In my opinion the Bissell is much easier to empty than a Dyson a sliding lever on the front of the vacuum is pushed to the side to release the container so that it can be emptied, this container is clear so you can see when empting is needed, you then replace the container and slide the lever back to lock it into place. The detachable body was the main factor why I went for the Bissell over the Dyson, a release button on the top of the middle section is pressed and it just lifts out easy as that. The detachable body makes hovering the stairs so easy it is light and easy to carry around and means you can use just the one vacuum cleaner. It just clips back in when you have finished The strong suction on the Bissell has stayed constant throughtout the two years that I have had it, and there have been no problems whatsoever.
