Its a wonderful little machine. I love the way my carpets smell and look right after I have finished my scrubbing. I have 3 very large and very hairy dogs. We treat them as tho they were human. Hair does a funny thing on carpet, it weaves itself into the carpet fibers. Vacuums do not pick up these hairs. However, the bissels little brushes find those little hairs and sucks them right up. I find tho that I have to clean the brushes more than an ordinary person, no bissels fault, mine for having the dogs. I feel the bissle is a name that can be trusted and in fact in my whole life, my mother always had a Bissle. So if you want clean, if you want to get rid of the pet hair, if you want your house to smell good and your carpet to feel good, here is the answer. I got the Bissell Quick Wash after spotting it in Tesco for a measly 70 quid. We have been planning to clean our carpets for some time. Bringing up 3 youngsters I shudder to think what lurks under my Shag Pile.
So an impulse buy really, the idea being that hiring a cleaner wouldn't be very satisfying if that tummy bug comes back or my youngest fails his potty training test.
I was quite impressed by how well it locked together with the minimum of assembly required. A Phillips screwdriver and three screws and you are there.
The unit comes with a goodly supply of cleaning fluid, four bottles of carpet shampoo and two bottles of hard floor cleaner. This was a bit annoying as I had bought some extra, it doesn?t state they are included on the box.
