Advantages: Stylish, reliable, holds value, nicest car to drive, Disadvantages: exspensive to buy and run.
With the BMW it is true you do get what you pay for. Although it is exspensive to buy you really do get value for money, you can feel the difference as soon as you get in it. the drive is excellent i have drove quite a few different cars from Punto Sportings to MGFs, although i do like the MG very much it does not compare to the BMW 32i convertable. It is very smooth and you feel safe even at a high speed, it is spacious and comfortable. This car has all the toys, the leather seats, air conditioning, cd player, cruise control. The dealers are also the most helpful and caring dealer i have ever come across. The aftercare is also excellent.

Now for the convertable side of it well that is just brilliant, on a nice dry day with the roof off cruising on the motorway what a great feeling it really does blow the cobwebbs away. This car has all the toys, the leather seats, air conditioning, cd player, cruise control. The dealers are also the most helpful and caring dealer i have ever come across. The aftercare is also excellent. This car is a real head turner, it is great looking on the outside, everything you need and more on the inside, and superb under the bonnet. This is the third BM i have had, and i can't see myself ever buying anything else they hold thier value, even the milage doesn't matter because the engines are so good. The initial outlay for the car is exspensive but it is well worth it. The fuel consumption is average, the car is fitted with a excellent security system.
Advantages: Fair price, electric roof, leather interior, CD player and, of course 'blindingly rapid'. Disadvantages: Quite expensive parts, can tend to guzzle petrol depending on the speed.
Two years ago my brother was serching for a car which had class, good looks, gave a good performance, a soft-top and space for his golf clubs. He found a mattalic purple BMW325iconvertable which gave him everything above. The only thing it didn't give him was the good performance - instead it's performance was excellent.
The soft-top folded back itself - what would you expect? The car came with black leather interior, a CD player, alloy wheels, a standard BMW alarm system and lots more.
Insurance can obviously be high for a quality motor as with the BMW325i. If anyone was going to buy this car my advice to them would be that:
*BMW parts can be expensive, although replica parts are available at a fraction of the cost.
*It may be necessary to buy a wind-breaker, (which breaks the sometimes violent wind when the roof is down ...

Advantages: Powerful, reliable, fast and very comfortable. Looks great too! Disadvantages: Possibly too large for regular city use...
We have recently bought a second-hand BMW 540i as an upgrade to a 325iconvertible, and the difference is huge! The convertible was a fun, nippy, sporty car, while the 540 is a serious motor. It is an incredibly smooth drive, sleek and quiet, and although it is bigger than anything else I have driven, has a wider turning circle than other cars, and can be a tight squeeze in London traffic, it is an absolute joy to drive... especially on the motorway! With 8 airbags and 14 speakers, you feel comfortable and pampered both as a driver and a passenger, and there is loads of legroom. One of the best cars on the road today. It has a relatively high fuel consumption, but let's face it - you don't choose a car like this for reasons of economy! ...
