BMW 116i M Sport - Over priced and very bumby.

Advantages: BMW holds it's price, great sexy bodywork.
Disadvantages: Fuel consumption, not enough power in the 116i

I currently have a 116i M Sport. It is a lovely car to look at and usually a lovely car to drive on the A roads or motor ways. I find it can be a bit sluggish to pull away but can more than hold it's own on the open roads. This model sits 1.5mm lower than the others due to the M Sport suspension. This coupled with the run flat tyres results in a very bumpy and uncomfortable ride. Make no mistakes, this is not an ideal car for someone already suffering ...

BMW 120D M-Sport

Advantages: Quick, Great Handling, fun and fuel efficient.
Disadvantages: Expensive, Run Flat Tyres, rear leg and boot space.

I now own a BMW 120D M-Sport and after driving alternatives such as the Audi A3, VW Golf TDI and the Focus TDCI, i came to the conclusions the BMW was perfect for my needs. Out of the three the BMW had the best handling aside from the AUDi's Quattro system which i feel lacked the poise and preciseness a rear wheel car gives you(RWD is also much more fun). Green driving

Advantages: Low road tax, lovely drive, comfortable, surprisingly spacious
Disadvantages: Not cheap!

BMW Review

Advantages: Good looks
