It looks really good and I mean REALLY good, the best colour to get it in by far has to be Blue though. It has lots of features like in the list I wrote ... ...ride, which is what you expect from a car that costs £35,000.
The power that you get from it is amazing, considering that it is a 4x4, it has 350 pounds of horse power, and it will do a top speed of about 3700 rpm.
The automatic gear box (which can also be changed to manual if you want to by just pushing the gear stick to the left) is a grate addition to the X5.

~INTRO~ The BMW X5 is a good looking car, that will make you look good in front of friend and so on. It has all the things that you would expect from a luxury car, such as: CD player, alarm, automatic gearbox, and a LOT of power behind the stearing wheel.
~GOOD POINTS~ It looks really good and I mean REALLY good, the best colour to get it in by far has to be Blue though. It has lots of features like in the list I wrote in the intro. It is comfortable enough to ride, which is what you expect from a car that costs £35,000.
~BAD POINTS~ For the first two years that you have the car every thing is fie and you will think that is a brilliant car, this may be because the warrant pays for all the damage done to it so you are not shelling out for repairs, but it may be a good thing to think about what will happen after the warrant runs out. After the first year of having the car we had to have 8 repairs done to it, first the wing mirror fell of on the first day we had, then the engine management system broke down and the car was doing about 1 mile to the gallon which wasn't exactly economical. This was all fine because of the warranty, but this was when it was new, and what would happen after that? Also the car drinks petrol, on average it cost £80 to fill it up, this was before the petrol prices took their massive increase. It averaged about 20-25 miles to the gallon which meant we ended up filling the thing up every week, this is evidently not economical. Another point that is not necessarily the cars fault is that when you are in it the amount of abuse that is thrown at you is amazing people act so aggressively towards you it is unbelievable. And if you are thinking of taking it of road then forget about it because it is terrible possibly the worst out of all the SUV's .It slides around and will not go up a hill for love or money.
~CONCLUSION~ When you buying the X5 you are paying £35,000 for a car that really only rates as average, and this is not really a good idea agreed? If you are thinking of buying this car to go of road DON'T. If you are rich enough to buy this car and are buying it just to make yourself look good and actually you use a smaller car better then DON'T buy it your polluting the atmosphere!
Thank you for reading this and if you have any comment's please don't hesitate I could use the feed back it is only fourth op.
Advantages: The BMW X5 is a fantastic versatile, 4 wheel drive car. Disadvantages: none
The BMW X5 is a fantastic car. Not only is is it incredibly attractive, it is also versatile and a very good performer.
Converted to gas this car is also economical, without sacrificing on performance in any way. There are two ways of storing the gas canister, one is a 'doughnut' shaped tank which fits into the spare wheel space, and the other is a cylindrical tank, which would take up space in the boot. It would be nice to see this car available ... ...being very high quality and reliability whilst retaining the prestige of the brand. As there first attempt at a four wheel drive style vehicle it is clear that they have paid huge attention to detail, which paid off in this wonderful car.
Overall I would highly recomend this car to anyone. ...

Advantages: Nice ride, looks good, good family car Disadvantages: Bit thirsty
...diesel compared to my previous BMW 3 series. The gearstick is nice and high and the seat adjustable enough to enable you to get very comfortable. The seats are very spacious and the rear seats fold flat to the floor, giving you a huge amount of space when you need it. The build quality feels very solid. There is a lot of space in the front two rows of seats, which adds to the pleasurable journey. Very good for families and longer journeys. ...

Advantages: Looks good, drives good on and off-road, perfect for everyday use Disadvantages: Some people might say its expensive
The BMWX5, its stylish and practical. Some people say its the ideal car, some people say they just want practicality, well this car offers everything from options between manual and automatic transmission to luxery leather interior.
Firstly to look at it, its hard to say that its an ugly car, the smooth but deep lines in the bonet just seem to sweep down the side and right back to the rear of the car, making it look inviting and fun to drive. Not only that but it looks good anywhere, in a city, or in a village doing the school run.
As for the practical side of it, if you were going to do some sort of off-roading with it, it wont let you down (if you go for the 4X4 option) its high ride and large wheel base make an off road journey as enjoyable as cruising along and open road, and if you want, throw it through some really ruff ...

Advantages: Has a very upmarket image and robust build quality Disadvantages: Limited off road ability
Before I say another word, let's get one thing straight - BMW's X5 is essentially a road car. More or less without exception, everything I've heard or written about the X5 praises its superb road manners and its saloon car like quality, comfort and poise. Having just spent a hard-charging week behind the wheel of this 3.0-litre turbodiesel model, I would second that. The BMWX5 for me is a perfect mix of new and old. In my opinion it successfully blends BMW's new futuristic look, with the clean muscular lines of the old X3. The X5 front-end face echoes the traditional BM "twin-kidney grill" , whilst its rear end retains that distinctive "boxyness" which made previous models so aggressive. Underneath the bonnet is BMW3.0L straight 6 cylinder where the diesel does 235 hp and has a top torque of no less than 520 Nm. It's nicely packaged ...

Advantages: Luxuriously comfortable, lovely to drive Disadvantages: A bit big for parking with, A FUEL GUZZLER!
Firstly, I am not a huge car wizard, and do not know the in's and out's of how a car works etc. Early last year, my dad (old) bought himself a BMWX53.0d Sport. At first glance, it is a nice looking car, its a bit bulky for our small English roads however despite the large frame of the car, the exterior is manufactured in such a way that it doesn't look clumsy or unnecessarily big, and from what I know about BMW's is up to their high standard, with a quality exterior finish. The car is the same colour as in the picture displayed on the Ciao website, however it doesn't quite look as shiny as in the picture :). It is a lovely car, leather seats, sooo comfortable, a lovely car to drive, automatic, good handling, and it floats around at 70MPH as if its doing 30MPH, its flawless. But this luxury, as most of you who have big cars know, comes ...
