Advantages good books
Disadvantages really rude staff
Started doing accountancy with bpp. the books are good and the tutors are too. but too many of the staff are either rude or incompetent. they don't seem to be there to help. they just seem to want your money and don't care about your exams or course.
if you complain about something, they just completely fob you off. it made me really angry because i was actually right. eventually they sorted out the problem but they never apologised. the guy i spoke to was really rude as well and i never got an apology for that either. once they have your money they just don't seem to care.
also, their basic package is a lot more expensive than other companys' and they don't seem to include anything more for that
