Advantages Strength,Energy,Pump gains
Disadvantages May get a mild stomach ache if the indivdual has a sensitive stomach.
I Used BSN No-explode for around 2-3 weeks before running out of it. It was one, if not the best supplement I have ever used. The energy and pump I got from my workouts was something I couldn't believe.
On Taste:I purchased the " Fruit Punch " flavour of the product, finding it quite nice but not so easy on the stomach If rushed. I suffered a mild stomach upset, with bad wind, but it was worth it considering the energy in workouts I had.
On Use:I first used the product with one scoop mixed with just under a pint of water. I found this to be quite good, I felt a lot more energized, with a lot better pump coming with my workouts. I decided to double the dose, with an even better workout, with a lot of energy after the gym aswell, also feeling a lot better in myself. On my second week I decided to go up to 3 scoops, with the earlier results coming even better, but with very mild side effects mentioned above.
Value for money:BSN No-explode is a on the little expensive side, but you cannot take away that it is a very good product, giving gains in energy, strength and an amazing pump, it helps blood flow more freely through the body.
I would recommend this product to anybody new to the world of body-building.Detailed Rating
