    BSN "N.O.XPLODE" REVIEW

This stuff does exactly what it say on the tin. It really does work. I felt the effects very soon after my first half-scoop, which is what I took to test my tolerance for the product. BEWARE: only take a small amount to test your tolerance, I was really shaky the first time I tried it.

After two weeks or so of taking it every day, I had to substantially increase the amount I consumed to get the same effects as I did at first, which is a pain because this particular flavour (orange) is quite sour, and to take more scoops I had to drink a lot of water, which is not really a good thing if you're going to fill yourself up right before exercise.

It says on the label that you should stop taking it for a while after about 12 weeks.
I, personally, started to feel really ill and experienced irregular bowel movements at the time of digestion at around 8-9 weeks after first taking the product. So beware: as soon as you start feeling ill after taking it, stop for a month or so, otherwise it will just get worse and worse.
