BSN Syntha-6

Syntha-6 is a great protein powder. It has a wide range of flavours and a great nutritional profile and it tastes great too. It's best used in my view as a pre-bed protein supplement since it contains a blend of different protein sources and the chocolate flavour tastes really good with milk. There is a drawback though and that is the price. For a 2lb tub, which only gives about 30 servings you'll be paying around £25 per tub and in my view it just makes the product a bit too steep price wise. Syntha 6 helped me gain about 3 kilos with regular intake, price was a bit higher than other similar products but i thought i would give it a go since it was so widely advertised on UFC. Taste was great as most of BSN products and I found it easy to digest and easy to mix. Better absorption and less intestinal anomalies when mixed with water. I would recommend this to people wanting to gain muscle mass without increasing their overall weight or percentage of fat. I was recommended to try syntha-6 by a gym friend, and I have got to say that I am glad he did. I have tried a number of different products similar to this, and some being a lot more expensive, but i can honestly say this is one of the best products on the market, in my honest opinion.
