Advantages you can switch to orange or not have a mobile

Disadvantages reception, customer care, can't send texts etc etc

BT has ran an averagely good service to millions of homes of the past few decades so how can they have got it so wrong with their mobile network. Problems I have experienced have been:
  • Frequently losing reception during calls
  • Complete inability to send text messages (the phone, not me)
  • Costs continue to be high - cannot use discount phone companies, only BT
  • Can never get through to anyone on the Orange network - why?

Oh yeah, BT you're good. At least your TV adverts have ET, it is the only quality you advertise... And Spielberg let you have HIM for free to promote the film's digitised re-launch in 2002!
