On that note too if you do rent this or buy this phone from BT then you have 14 days to return it from the day you get it.

If purchased it has a 12 month warranty

If under rental it has an 18 month warranty.

The Big Button 100 phone is a very simple basic phone, its corded, which in my opinion is not the best, but for most people who require a phone for the features that it offers then its an ideal phone to have. It comes in the Alpine white coloud.

As far as I have come across the phone is the only one I have come across to date that actually offers what it does.

So what is the phone all about?

Easy grip handset and large buttons which is perfect for anyone with poor sight and for the elderly who may find it hard to hold a steady grip

Call indicator light- flashes when the phone rings or there are messages waiting. Again this can be very useful if you have poor sight

Hear the number of your last caller

Speech amplification - adjust the volume of your voice and that of your caller. Useful for anyone with hard of hearing

Hearing aid compatiable. Perfect for anyone who uses a hearing aid. It will work with Analogue hearing aids and will probably work with Digital aids. Its not a guarantee though.

Stores 13 numbers for dialing in an instant which is great for easy access to the people you call the most

Stores the last number you called, which can be very handy when needed to get in touch with the last person you called

1571 Message Indicator, saves time in having to pick the phone up to check for messages as this indicator will let you know instead

Handsfree, easy so that you can sit at the side of the phone and not actually need to hold the handset.

And to round of that really is about it, as Ive said its a basic simple phone, that is ideal for anyone with poor sight, hard of hearing and the elderly but of course you dont have to fit into that catagory, anyone can have the phone.

A great phone for those whose sight isn't good - from Coventry -

This is a great phone for those whose sight isn't good. My mum is both registered partially sighted and has arthritis in her hands, but finds this phone easy to use and the shape and lightness of the handset is a big plus.
