Advantages none
Disadvantages crap
For those of you that may have read my opinion of freeserve, you may know that I switched over to them following a short and very temepstious relationship with Bt. I found that their charges, were, to put it blatantly, quite astronomical and what is more, I hardly ever managed tro get on. I have found that, in general over the last few years, Bt have not responded well to competition at all, and lets face it, the monopoly is now over. They have to make internet charges cheaper and improve effciciency and customer care. No wonder their share prices has fallen through the floor.
