I have the Slate Grey version of the BT Converse, I chose this one because it fits in perfectly with my home office colour scheme. Unlike with others on the review list mine does have a handsfree feature. There is a split button on the phone, one for handsfree and the other for head set; this may have been added as an update, also a redial button which can be very useful and a secrecy button for muting the phone while talking to someone; this is very useful if I am talking to a client and cough or sneeze ha ha. The hand set itself is very comfortable to use and unlike some phones I have had in the past the wire to the telephone socket is quite long.
