BT OpenWorld

Yesterday I upgraded from Bt Openworld (Anytime) to Bt Broadband and so far I have found this service a million times better..................................​........................................​...........................

After rebooting the whole of my computer due to application errors etc I decided to install my broad band package. We had been activated a broadband for a few days and I still hadnt got round to the installation. However I got my act together and did the installation last night.... It was simpler than I actually thought ........................................​........................................​................................

However it did take me a few phonecalls to Bt for help with process 2 which became quite difficult. Just make sure all of your virus scanners have been switched off including your firewalls.

Since I have installed this package all I can say is how good the speed of my internet connection is now. Before this I would be cursing my computer for being to slow. Not Now :-)

However if you are not a very technical person and only know the basics of computers then you may need help whilst installing wires etc. The advantage is that there are numbers to call if you doo need help which are all given wiithin your leaflet of BT Broadband.
