I finally got my new BT Duet 550 phone free after just over a month of arguing with BT over the quality of my previous phone, a BT Quartet 1100. It was my first ever cordless phone and I was not happy it all with the quality of it and after reviewing it on here someone suggested that I actually tried to swap it. I contacted BT and paid to have the phone sent back to them and they agreed to exchange it. After my disaster with a cordless phone I selected a corded phone as I was not happy with the reception I got from my cordless phone.

Something of a departure for me in many ways is this one, after the semi disasterous year I enjoyed last year this 12 months of 2008 was marked down as clearing debts and enjoying myself time - how to achieve both being somewhat of an impossible balancing act. But the debts cleared up faster than expected so in early May I turned my head to the new target - having fun, lots of it.
