...The BTSynergy4500 is just one more in a long line of BT produced phones, coming in a single, duo, trio and quad packages it is designed for homes and businesses alike. The phone is cordless with a separate docking unit for each handset, each handset is a good size fitting comfortably in the hand but not so small, like mobiles etc, that it is difficult to use properly. The sleek and stylish black handset features large easy to press buttons, they are well spaced and clear to read making the phone nice and easy to use, many phones I've used in the past have had their buttons too close or too small making it easy to dial wrongly or cut off a call when you're meant to be answering it. The phone also has an LCD display screen which shows such things as the incoming callers number and address book entries, it is backlit which is great...

...We've had an answerphone at home for most of the last twenty years and so when our BT Response 123 plus stopped deleting messages I thought it was time to replace it.
Off I went to Tesco where I found amongst the array of phones on offer a BTSynergy4500 and at £59.99 it looked to be a decent deal. Most of the other phones appeared to come in 2's or 3's and I immediately thought "too confusing for me".
The Synergy though, was a piece of cake to install - plug into the wall and plug in the connector and the phone was working. The only problem was that the instructions said "charge the battery for 24 hours before using" and so I had to disconnect the line whilst the battery charged.
It is almost a mobile phone connected to the land line with an external range of 300m and an internal range of 100m - I could use it from my neighbours...

I found the synergy phone faulty when I discovered that there was no loudspeaker and display of calling number so I got a bit disappointed. I wonder on how I could spend my £60 on a phone that lacked these vital features but that was quite silly on me to more
