Bought a triple handset version from Tesco for £64.
When installing I simply plugged the lead out of my old phone and into the Synergy Base. It didn't work! Found on reading the online user guide that you MUST use the cable supplied with Synergy to connect to the wall socket. Doh! Then it worked.
Also the plastic lip under the base (which holds the power cable in place) snapped off immediately.
Other than these niggles, a good buy. Some useful utilities like the SIM card reader and the option to copy the phonebook from one handset to another without re-keying (but it doesn't seem to copy the ringtones attached to each name).
I didn't think much of the ringtones, but basically I wanted a phone not an entertainment!
