I have recently moved house, having been a BT business and personal BT customer for many years with broadband and phone I expected to take my services with me. First of all BT told me that the adress I was moving too did not have a telephone line so I would have to pay £99 to connect. I told them that the address di have a telephone line because I had spoken to my vendor on several occassions. When I gave them the number they told me the address was telewest customer and they will have to install a new line (However, they confirmed that they installed the original line that was moved to telewest) So much for customer loyaty! If my vendoe was to go back to BT, they would be connected for free. Come on BT, give me a little reward for paying over the odds for years for an barely adequate service and awful customer care!

Sorry for the rating, but it seemed more of a rant than a review. Telewest & BT are very different entities when it comes to Telephone networks and use seperate cabling (i have been with both). A little more detail would be nice, did you have the work done? Did they do a satisfactory job?. Keep 'em coming.
