No more tears?
Advantages: Relatively inexpensive, stops suds going into children's eyes, one size Disadvantages: Only works if your child co-operates!
Bathtimes have always been a source of great fun for our kids but hair washing is a completely different matter! Our eldest used to scream blue murder throughout the whole process and I'm sure any passers-by would think he was being tortured. Our youngest doesn't produce quite such blood-curdling screams but he certainly voices his displeasure - making the whole hair washing experience stressful for everybody. When we spotted a Shampoo Shield in ... ...solution. It cost £3.99 and is suitable for children over the ages of six months. The shield is basically a stretchy cap with a hole in the centre which fits onto your child's head, leaving the hair exposed, obviously. The description tells you that it's made from neoprene rubber which stretches to fit, so one size fits all, and it just needs rinsing after use with a damp cloth and patting dry. The cap bit is supposed to stop the shampoo suds and ...

Safety first
Advantages: Its really safe for young children so they dont slip over in the bath, it doesnt smell like rubber Disadvantages: NA
I decided to in go out and buy this product when i started bathing my nephew in the bath tub. He can sit confidently on the mat while he plays with his toys without a problem. Before i got one on these mats i was having to hold on to him to make sure he didnt slip and i found it tricky trying to hold him and wash him at the same time. I like the fact that the mat is white rather than a really loud, in your face colour. I leave the mat in the bath ... ...very heavily pregant (about ready to drop) it lowers the risks of me slipping over in the bath to, and i will continue to use it with my own child when she is old enough to go in the bath. It is a great product, its a really good size and hits in the bottom of the bath tub perfectly. It is well worth the money and it also encourages children to go in the bath as they will look forward to you not having to hold them and they have got the freedom to ...

Fun and safe mats!
Advantages: safe, nice, easy to use Disadvantages: may be pulled up!
...ones!
I saw these Clippasafe mini bath mats and thought they looked so much nicer and decided to give them a go and see if they would work okay for us and if they would be fun for our baby too!
The bath mats come in packets of 6 and they are mini which means you do need to use them all so that they are actually useful else they're just not worth it! They stick onto the bath easily and they really do help support your baby- baby Hope sits still ... ...with the toys!
They look so nice and friendly with their seaside shapes and their pastel colours. They are so much more attractive to look at than the boring plain white ones...however, the fact that they are attractive means that Baby Hope also thinks this so spends a lot of time trying to pull them up! She's always trying to get her fingers beneath the plastic and peel them up. Luckily she is too little to manage this at the moment but I do think ...

Dry yourself with a cuddle
Advantages: easy to use, keeps you dry Disadvantages: hood slips down, name is misleading
...to the collection and this bee bo cuddle robe is the latest addition!
-
I haven't given this one five stars as I don't think it is exactly perfect and the name is a bit misleading in itself. A robe to me is different to a towel, I imagine something with sleeves and not just a square of material so I think if you were in a hurry and didn't check the details you may end up buying this product thinking it is something else entirely.

This cuddle ... ...of the corners. It is roughly the size of a hand towel but is wider so it's easier to wrap the baby up in it. The hood is a 'one size fits all' kind of hood so we found at first it was too big and would drop over Baby B's and now it just about fits nicely and she is 9 months old. -
The idea of the towel is to make it easier to dry your baby without worrying about their hair still being wet and the baby getting cold. This towel simply keeps their ...

Argos Baby Bath Ring is worth the buy!!!!!
Advantages: Keeps baby safe and still Disadvantages: tricky to pull baby out of
I LOVE this product. The Argos Baby Bath Ring was the perfect transition for my son when he was going from a baby bathtub to the actual bathtub. This product made it so easy for my son to enjoy more room in the larger bath tub without him sliding all over the place. It also taught him that even though he was learning to stand on his own, in the bath tub he needed to sit down. The baby bath ring stayed still the entire time, which mader bathtime for ...
